EASY STEPS:
1) Choose your items.
2) Copy down the order form and fill up.
3) Email me the order form (xiaoqiangshop@yahoo.com)
4) I will reply your email and give you my bank acc no & my hp no.
5) Once I receive the full payment, I will confirm your order.
6) Sms me your reference number after you transfer.
7) Keep the receipt.
8) Wait for my sms for your pretty clothes or bags' arrival =)

Below are the details:

ITEM ORDERS

1. Orders only can be made by email.
2. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after payment.
3. Do not send in your order form unless you confirm your purchase.
4. We are not responsible for wrong, damaged or missing parcel.
5. Items are not allowed to exchange and refund.
6. Items are quality checked before it reaches our customers.
7. You will be informed by sms when items arrived.
8. Orders will be taken or confirmed once received full payment.

PAYMENT

1. Payment only via bank transfer.
2. Please sms me the reference number and keep the receipt.
3. When ordering, please include your bank account number.

MISC

1. Prices on all items are fixed, no bargain, no discount.
2. We reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
3. Out-of-stock items are refundable.
4. Orders and emails will be replied within 3 days.
5. Items might need around 3 weeks to reach Singapore, because our items are from Taiwan and Korea. We have to gather an amount of orders in 1 time for cheaper shipping.
6. Our items are cheap, so just be a little patient =)

COLLECTION

1. Normal postage = FREE / Registered Postage = +$2.50
2. Meet up can be made at Bukit Batok MRT. (Other MRT stations are fine BUT only to my convenience.)
3. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage as we will not stand responsible for any missing parcels via normal postage.
